Information we collect from customers

We collect names, contact details, billing and delivery address, financial and tax information from online customers for the purposes of onboarding you as a customer, managing your account, delivering the products you purchased, invoicing you and performing the contract we have with you.

We collect names, addresses and contact details, including whether you would like to be added to our mailing list in-store when purchase products. This is entirely voluntary. We collect this information so that we can communicate with you and to create a profile in case you wish to order on the phone in future.

This is information that the (FQM) collects and processes about you for the purposes set out below, which information may include name, contact details, identification number, nationality, language, recommendations from pastors or friends.

FQM collects your personal information for the following purposes:

• to facilitate your enrolment in the bible Teachings and give you access to the educational videos.

• for analysis, evaluation and research regarding the bible questions and answers

• to carry out FQM’s obligations or enforce your obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and FQM;

• to provide you with the information and services that you request from FQM and for FQM to request information it may require from you;

We take pictures for the purposes of our website and social media pages Testimonials as well to use on our website. We do this to promote our organization. . We will only do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us (see details at the end of this notice).

Information we collect from donors and Partners

We collect your name, contact details and financial information (collected by our payment processor) when you make a donation.

Information we collect from suppliers

We collect names, contact details, financial and tax information from suppliers and professional service providers so that we can place orders/instruct you and make payment in respect of any goods or services we receive. We do this on the basis of the intention of contracting with you or for the performance of a contract we have with you.

Information we collect from you when you sign up to our newsletter

When you enter your name, surname and email address on our website to receive our newsletter, you are consenting to us sending you this communication. We will only use the information you provide for this purpose and you will be able to opt-out of receiving this at any time.

Information we collect from you when you visit our website

Our website uses automatic systems of data collection, such as cookies. A cookie is a device transmitted to the hard disk of a user. Cookies do not contain intelligible information but allow linking between you and your personal information, such as your IP address and other information about your experience on the website. The information and data are gathered directly and automatically by the website. We process information collected by cookies in a collective and anonymous way in order to optimize the website for the needs and preferences of the users. If you have started the procedure of deleting cookies, we can’t ensure that all of our web pages will be displayed and that all of our services will be available to you.

Faith Questions Ministries has entered into agreements with certain partners to deliver relevant, user-targeted, non-intrusive advertising to help promote FQM events and services. These partners do not have access to any personal information and only access to non-personal information. They have their own policies that should be reviewed in connection with your use of the websites. Partners include, but are not limited to, Google Analytics. FQM uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help a website’s operator analyze how users use the site. The non-personal information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located around the world. Processing, protecting and transferring personal information

Personal information held by us is processed by appropriate members of staff for the purposes for which the information was provided. We may share your personal information within our organisation (including group companies) and outside the country of your residence.

We may share your information with third parties such as professional advisors such as accountants and lawyers, IT providers, payment providers, HR providers and government bodies/regulators.

We share your information for the purposes of:

• Complying with a legal obligation;
• Performing the contract we have with you; or
• Our legitimate interest in the effective running of our organization.

All our third party service providers and other entities within the organization are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal information for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We will not retain your personal information longer than the period for which it is needed and in compliance with applicable law. We determine retention periods in respect of information we hold based on:

• The purposes for which we process the personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means;

General Description of Information Security Measures

AWMSA employs up to date technology to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal information under its care. Measures include, but are not limited to:

• Virus protection software and update protocols.
• Encryption where possible.
• Electronic and physical access control.
• Secure setup of hardware and software making up the IT infrastructure.
• Outsourced service providers who process personal information on behalf of the AWMSA are contracted to implement security controls.
• Policies and procedures are implemented to ensure the security of your information.
• Ongoing security awareness training of employees and contractors.

Your rights in relation to your information

Subject to certain limitations on certain rights, you have the following rights in relation to your information:

• Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”).
• Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you.
• Request erasure of your personal information.
• Object to processing of your personal information where we rely on legitimate interest.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
