Donation Purpose
All donations made to this ministry are voluntary and are used to support our ministry work, including outreach, resources, operational costs, and related activities that align with our mission.
Donations do not constitute the purchase of goods or services.
Tax Status Disclaimer
Faith Questions Ministries NPC is registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) in South Africa and holds a SARS income tax reference number.
However, we are not a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and do not issue Section 18A tax-deductible donation certificates. Donations made to this ministry are therefore not tax deductible.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated directly to ministry operations upon receipt.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered at the sole discretion of the ministry in the following circumstances:
Duplicate donations made in error
Unauthorized transactions
Where a refund is required by applicable law
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.

All online donations are securely processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Please note that your bank may require your card to be enabled for online or international payments.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance
All donations and transactions are subject to monitoring and review in order to comply with applicable South African and international anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and financial crime prevention regulations.
The ministry reserves the right to refuse, or report any donation or transaction that appears suspicious, unlawful, or non-compliant with these regulations, and may request additional information where required by law or payment processors.
