Hi Johan. I learned so much during that year that I was sick. 2020 the covid year. Started with jaundice in Feb that year. Always wondered what I would do if I had to hear I only had a few months to live. I was born again and received my language and was baptized. I got baptized again after the time. Maybe I was too sick to be scared when death was pronounced over me was already in a wheelchair and burning thin. Was only diagnosed in May. I didn’t feel anything when the doctor said it. Just nodded. Did get my will right. There was a stent put in my bail duct colon and the yellow started to disappear. My work was notified of the cruel death sentence.
I just got light therapy to make me live a little longer. I was a little far from Jesus before that time. I didn’t read the Bible and prayed much. I concentrated too much on life and things. Then the devil thought he had me. I started listening to preachers and evangelists. For some reason I didn’t accept what I was being told and I started to dance before the Lord screaming at the devil, baptizing myself in the bath, taking communion 3 times a day. It was a terrible lonely time. I found peace in a warm bath of water when I felt like I couldn’t take it anymore. That was my go-to place where I found the Lord.
I imagined the hot water was His arms. I was in that hot water a lot. I fell asleep there and woke up in ice cold water. Fast forward a bit the horrible light chemo ended up putting me in the hospital more with infection and blood counts. Then I asked for a 4 week break early Nov. The oncologist told me then I couldn’t afford it and that’s when the Lord told me the devil is a sufferer. The thing in the bail duct column was 5cm. Never grew or shrank with chemo. Those 4 weeks off it was just me and my Lord and when I went back and got scanned it was gone. She couldn’t believe it but I knew. Went for 5 weeks of radiology. The stent was taken out after a year.
I had to take early retirement due to defeat. What I learned is never accept the disease. My body belongs to the Lord the devil has no place there. Fight him out and have complete faith. People can pray for you but if you have made that thing yours you have a problem.
